Cinnamon Dolce Latte Recipe

If you make this Cinnamon Dolce Latte at home, tell me how you customized it—extra cinnamon, oat milk, a stronger espresso base, or your own holiday twist. Drop a comment and let me know how your version turned out.
- 2 Shots espresso or 3–4 oz strong brewed coffee
- 1 Cup milk (whole or oat)
- 1 - 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tsp ground cinnamon
- Optional: splash of vanilla extract
- Optional: whipped cream + cinnamon sugar topping
Add brown sugar and cinnamon to your mug.
Brew your espresso or coffee and pour it over the mixture.
Stir until the sugar melts and the spices combine with the coffee.
Heat your milk until steaming, then froth lightly to create smooth microfoam.
Layer the milk slowly into your mug, letting the foam settle on top.
Add a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar or whipped cream if you want a bakery-style finish.
Notes
-
Add a splash of vanilla to soften the spice.
-
Use oat milk for a sweeter, dessert-leaning profile.
-
Double the cinnamon for a stronger “dolce” flavor.
-
For an iced version, shake cinnamon with cold milk before pouring over espresso.
