Holiday Mint Latte Recipe

A warm, sweet Cinnamon Dolce Latte made with brown sugar, cinnamon, and smooth espresso. The spices melt into silky steamed milk to create a cozy, bakery-style winter drink. Perfect for slow mornings, holiday rituals, or anytime you want something comforting and sweet without being heavy.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Shots espresso or 3–4 oz strong brewed coffee
  • 1 Cup milk
  • ½–1 Tsp peppermint extract (go light—you can always add more)
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp simple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • Optional: whipped cream or cocoa dusting

Instructions
 

  • Add simple syrup and a tiny amount of peppermint extract to your mug.
  • Brew your espresso or coffee and pour it over the mixture.
  • Stir until the flavors blend into a smooth base.
  • Steam or heat your milk until silky, then pour it slowly into the mug.
  • Taste and adjust—add more mint only if needed.
  • Top with whipped cream or cocoa if you want it dessert-leaning.
